Initiate Your Request
Log into your MOIDA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package with Care
Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
